The Tosa Cares turkey drive is back!

Every year Tosa Cares distributes frozen turkeys to local families. Once again we're reaching out to our community to offer the opportunity to pitch in for this great cause and donate a turkey! A $15 donation will purchase a single turkey, however donations of any amount are

welcome.

Please help us reach our goal of 250 turkeys! This last year and a half has been difficult for many families and your donation will provide a family in need with a memorable Thanksgiving dinner to share with their loved ones.

Every dollar we can generate towards the cost of turkeys is another dollar we can instead use to stock our pantry and fill donation boxes with nonperishable food, fresh produce, and personal care items. Just as a reminder, we have zero administrative costs! All donations are used for purchases for the pantry and your donation has a direct impact.

What?

Boy Scout Trevor Schmitt-Ernst is hosting a drive-through food drive to benefit Tosa Cares

When?

Saturday, March 27th, 2021 from 10am -1pm

Where?

The north parking lot of Mt. Zion Church, 12012 W North Ave.

How?

Just arrive with your food in your trunk and volunteers will pick it up! COVID safe, contact-free!

What should I bring?

Non-perishable food items, such as canned goods, peanut butter, mac and cheese, cereal, healthy snacks, etc.

The Wauwatosa Recreation Department and Tosa Cares are teaming up for a great cause! We are hosting a food drive and one you don't even need to get out of your car for! 2020 has been a difficult year and families are in need of help. Please show your kindness as we head into the Holiday Season and donate at our food drive.

Location and Time

Saturday, October 31st

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

We will be in the Fisher Administration Building East parking lot (12121 W. North Ave).

What we need

Please donate non-perishable food items for the Tosa Cares food pantry.

Volunteers will be on sight to unload donated food items from your vehicle in order to follow social distancing guidelines.

Every vehicle that donates, can enter a drawing to win Rec Bucks (a Recreation Department gift certificate that can be used toward future registrations).
